中山大學(xué)附屬第三醫(yī)院肝臟外科暨肝移植團(tuán)隊(duì)揭示肝臟再生新機(jī)制
中大新聞網(wǎng)訊(通訊員陳良)近日,中山大學(xué)附屬第三醫(yī)院楊揚(yáng)教授團(tuán)隊(duì)在國(guó)際知名期刊Cell Reports發(fā)表題為“Synergy of 5-aminolevulinate supplement and CX3CR1 suppression promotes liver regeneration via elevated IGF-1 signaling”的文章,該研究表明補(bǔ)充5-氨基酮戊酸(5-aminolevulinate, 5-ALA)可調(diào)控肝切除術(shù)后肝內(nèi)巨噬細(xì)胞P53與趨化因子受體CX3CR1的功能,而抑制巨噬細(xì)胞CX3CR1會(huì)促進(jìn)巨噬細(xì)胞抑炎型(M2)極化,增強(qiáng)巨噬細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1, IGF-1),進(jìn)而刺激肝星狀細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生肝細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子(hepatocyte growth factor, HGF),從而促進(jìn)肝臟再生。
